They went the extra mile to help me feel welcomed and comfortable, and even helped me switch rooms in the middle of my stay. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and many local neighborhoods. I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the facilities and the quality of the hotel in general.
